Anni works with people in organisations as a facilitator, trainer, coach and counsellor and has over twenty years of experience. She has worked as an Associate of Henley Management College, a Senior Associate of Cambridge Management Centres, and a consultant for Eve-olution. Anni is an associate of Steve Radcliffe Associates working with senior people in organisations helping them to develop the quality of theirleadership.
Learning and Development
In all her work Anni draws upon her background in psychology. She has a BA in Communications Studies, a Diploma in Humanistic Psychology and a MA in Management Learning. She is an Accredited Mediator, through Regent’s College, London; and holds a number of certificates in: Group Analysis, Solution Focused Brief Therapy; and Psychoanalytic, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy. She is committed to her own personal and professional development and in recent years has participated in the Woman Within Training, obtained a Level One certificate in Equine Assisted Psychotherapy and has completed the Hoffman Quadrinity Process.
Anni is a qualified and experienced user of a range of psychometric questionnaires and regularly uses in her individual and team coaching work the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), The Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation – Behaviour (FIRO-B) as well as 360 Review Feedback.
